Amy Rembert is a Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, and is Cooper Institute Trained™ in Coaching Healthy Behaviors and Weight Control Strategies.
A Tri Delta Alumna, Amy was born in Dallas, pledged at Texas Tech University and later transferred to The University of Kansas. Upon graduation in 2005, she returned to Dallas and began a career in marketing and advertising.
In 2009, she became a Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and completed her training at American Power Yoga in Dallas, TX. As the years passed, her passion for health and wellness mounted and she realized that life is too short not to educate and support others in becoming their most vital and healthy selves.
In July2012, she dove headfirst into nutrition and health coaching, enrolling in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completing Coaching Healthy Behaviors and Weight Control Strategies courses at The Cooper Institute.
Amy empowers her clients to grow to their fullest potential through education, accountability tools, and a loving hands-on approach. She takes on clients as a partner and holistic guide in health, making her services unique and capable of changing lives.
